SAA double debits FNB accounts

Hi. I purchased 2 SAA tickets on the 22nd of December which came to a total of R3252. This amount was reserved in totality from my account as I put in my card details. I woke up a few days later and found that that the amounts had been put through separately on my account again. How is this possible without my authorization? I have messaged you both notifications. Either SAA has double debited me which should not be possible because I need to authorize it, or you guys made a mistake. I didn't understand how a company can take money from my account without consent. You then told me that I need to check for a reversal of funds. This did not occur. I had to call my private banker and filled in a reversal of reserved funds form and got my funds back in 5 working days later.

I purchased another ticket with SAA for R1400.72 on Sunday the 3rd of January. The funds were reserved and taken off my available balance. I woke up this morning to another notification telling me that the amount has been debited again. As I haven't transacted on my account since Sunday, both transactions follow each other on my internet banking so it was much easier to spot.
