An unauthorised debit order of R99.00 with reference: SA UNATHI ********** 1 SA was deducted off my bank account on the 24 of December 2018 Authorised debit orders go out on the 27th and 1st of every month. This debit order has resulted in my incurring a R129.00 unpaid charge due to insufficient funds for the debit order. I want a refund of the R129.00 unpaid charge that I was taken from my account, calling fnb was total waste of time as two of their consultant hung up on me; kept calling they were bouncing me off from one ear to another.. I want that R129.00 its mine. You quick to take the little funds that we have but now your consultants hung up on your clients..I want my R129.00
