****s, ****s, ****s that's all they do is LIE

On the 28 Nov 2023 at 16:42 I wrote this review. False advertising on deals that were not available False advertising. No one could get the deals on the connect store as it was offline. I am very unimpressed with your services. Never mind my hours waisted in the bank to sort out previous issues with my account that are still not sorted. Makes me want to close my account and go somewhere else. I was sent a sms stating I would get a call from FNB within 24-48 hours, Well it's long past that and I am still waiting. I am so fed up with this bank.
