****s is a better name for FNB
0 stars. I had a outstanding balance on a loan, they handed me over to Revco and Revco sent me an email that if I pay before end of March I will get a 20% discount . I paid and sent proof of payment on the 25th of March 2024. Now FNB doesn't acknowledge the discount and I must pay the outstanding amount.
You are ****s and this is a new kind of low.

How can you take away the discount offered ?
I paid as instructed ,I did my part.
This is unacceptable .
1.If you say that its not discount offered by FNB directly ,then why is Revco handeling my case????
2. It was 23 May 2024 not 2023.
3. When you phone me, no one talks to me.
4.I am taking this to hallo peter again to show how poor the service of FNB is.
5. I will not be paying anything!!!
