I did a limit increase on my credit card accepted the debit order mandate and uploaded the supporting documents. I enquired the following day was told all is in order. Still no funds. I enquired again was told I needed to send an email with more documents,why was this not communicated on the day and if I didn't enquire I would still be waiting? My salary comes into the bank. You have access to my statements why am I still waiting for the funds after all this? RE: Re: *** supporting doc - [REF:***]. I did the increase because I have an emergency now I'm stuck because of being given the run around an *********** people.
