Ruthless and non responsive liers

They jeep making statements and promises but never follow through. Trying to get out of my debt review and jumping through all their hoops and believing their promises leading to nothing but lies. Maybe it is a good time to rather move banks. Been a client for near 20 years. But this is now costing me to stay in debt review costing over R9k a month where the bills are in essence settled. Don't let me get started of how their homeloan settlements work out. Paying for 10 years over R4k on my flat and settlement amount is only R20k difference from initial loan. There should be a negative star option.
