Runaround for a paid up letter!!!! Really appalling

I paid up my Fnb credit card last week with a discount from the collections agency. I'm being given a run around now when I need a paid up letter. The agent I spoke to on Friday said they can push for me to get it sooner instead of me waiting for days. I'm still made to wait with no response and it's really urgent.
