Rudest agents in the whole industry

What rude agents. I asked your agent to not debit this month because I won't have funds since I'm waiting on uif payments. Not only was I told that they will do as they please which is debit my daughter's fees , I was rudely dismissed. It's all on the chat. When I asked to rate the service , the chat was closed.

You're too expensive to have such rude agents. Because this isn't even my first time getting treated like this. When I called to complain the dropped the call. I am changing banks because no one deserves such treatment when they are a paying customer.
