Rudeness!!!
I called in for a statement Neo helped me but her attitude towards me was rude and careless as if it didn't matter if this is the case at FNB i might as well leave the bank and go to some other!!! The slogan says \how can i help you yet their staff members are taking their personal attitudes out on clients she also dropped the call!! I am fed up!!! "
