Rude, unprofessional service, no follow-up, ignored escalation, poor experience

Review for FNB Insurance

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Noluthando from FNB Insurance. When she called me regarding my claim, she was rude, condescending, and completely unprofessional in her manner of speaking.

She was supposed to call me back to finalize the claim but never did. I even asked for the matter to be escalated to her manager, Sheldon, but this has not been actioned either.

This lack of professionalism and follow-through has left me feeling disregarded and very poorly treated as a customer.
