Rude unprofessional fnb host at Stanford Square fnb

Disappointed in FNb I am gonna close all my accounts and move banks the host guy who stands by the door who's supposed to help us his coloured he is extremely rude and had horrble attitude at the Stanford Road Stanford Square opposite Livingstone Hospital port Elizabeth hes rude to all customers a guy said he had such bad attitude with him that he is gonna change banks he also had a attude with ny aunt and with me this guy is makeing us want to change banks he is extremely rude have no manners and puts fnb in a bad light the guy just asked him why he's being charged so much fees instead of giving him a ticket to see a consultant he has a rude attitude and makes the old man feel stupid he is now joining capitec bank you guys are losing customers when my aunt last month did come and ask for help he show her away didn't wanna let her see a agent when she did go to the Newton park fnb they were very helpful not like him my aunt has since changed banks because of hes attitude you guys are loseing customers because of hes attitude my mothers friend wanted to open a bank account there she did come with all.her documents and he rejected her he said she must open it online so.she left and did go to netbank I been a customer for over 5 years and tbis really is not ok he is the face standing by the door he should be nice to people but he's rude fnb better do something
