Rude, unprofessional and unacceptable behavior of staff

To Crewelyn Malgus at FNB , N1 Citywho assisted me at about 17h25 ; your behaviour and attitude yesterday was really unacceptable and very unprofessional. The fact that you had to serve me an couple of minute before closing time is not my problem. You were rude, interupted me when I was trying to explain my problem ; you were busy with other things while you were supposed to assist me and when I told you how I felt about your behaviour you back chatted me! I was not even done but due to your rude behaviour I got up. To think I complimented you a while ago on Hellopeter about your great service! How wrong was I!And to the other FNB employee ( I assume she was the manager).Aas a senior you could have at least say something. Pulling your face behind my back was definetly not helping at all!! Standing there with your bag in the hand waiting for me to leave was really not proffessional! Afterall, it is not the first time that I saw how other customers are treated at the branch when it is almost closing time. Maybe you shouldwork on your work ethics.

To Chanteal. branch manager of FNB at N1 City: thank you so much for contacting me yesterday afternoon about the incident I had 2 days ago with one of your staff members. I do appreciate you trying to resolve this matter and also apologizing on behalf of the staff member in question. Since you are the branch manager I know that the behavior of your staff memebers reflect on you. Just so that you know I am not holding you responsible at all for the bad experience I had in your branch. Thanks again for the nice conversation we had. It is much appreciated.
