RUDE/ UNINFORMED/ LOST
I have had a personal loan with FNB for over two years, and the one time I needed assistance, I was failed. firstly, I have called in over 4 times to advise when I was at my previous job that my salary payment date is the 20th, and not the 19th, and this was never changed. I then changed jobs, and advised that my new collection date should be changed to the 7th, and this was also \bizarre"and not done.<br> <br> I have subsequently called to ask for a settlement amount yesterday"
