Rude Team Leader

Yesterday i went to Fnb branch Maponya mall and i recieved the most terrible service ever. Went to a consultant named Lebo about my daughters account which was opened by my late father. She was not able to help me so i asked if she could ask someone at the bank then she called her team leader who was very rude to me. The lady spoke over me and never gave me a change to explain myself. She treated me as if im trying to de***** the bank and inderectly told to get out.
