Rude supervisor at OR Tambo branch - ridiculous service - I want account closed by yesterday

<p>I live in Cape Town, arrived at the OR Tambo branch to close my account only to find that FNB moved my account to Wonderpark branch (Pretoria North) without my approval. I previously only collected the card at Wonderpark as it was closest years ago not knowing the bank will take it upon themselves to move that branch without letting me know. I never opened the account at a branch, the account was opened online, that being the case I cannot close it at a brach 2 hours flight and 1 hour drive from OR Tambo.</p> <p> </p> <p>Ridiculous service from OR Tambo branch supervisor (light in complexion, tall, short hair with some line cut though her hair ) who is rude to her subordinates when they asked for her assistance on my query. How does FNB promote staff, lack of respect for subordinates and rude to customer service is appalling.</p>
