Rude staff & *********** manager!!

Your staff at the Denlyn (Mamelodi) branch is completely rude, and the manager isn't really helpful at all. Just this morning my mom was assisted by a very rude teller who blatantly told her that "she didn't come to work to help her" like really??! Overhaul that branch asap!
