Rude Staff

I am sorry #FNB but me and my wife walked out of your Plumstead branch this morning due to the rudeness of one of your staff members. FNB you lost a customer. I was busy just about to print my queue number when this staff member cancelled it without saying excuse and print a queue number for one of her friends. This was at 11:00. You can probably view it on your cameras.
