RUDE SECURE CHAT AGENTS

FNB SECURE CHAT Agents are extremely rude,they hang up on you while i am busy chatting to them without resolving my issue. It has happened numerous times & i let it go,but its happening every single time. Its extremely rude & frustrating that i got to keep rejoining the que just for it to happen again & again. Why provide this service when it serves no purpose. Most of the time they can assist with certain things & give me a number & ask me to call the bank or visit a branch,so whats the point of this service if they cant assist. For being treated in this manner, im considering changing to standard bank!
