Rude Salesperson Funeral Plan

I was just harassed by a rude telesales person from FNB Funeral Plan on 20/08/2024 at 13:03 with the number ***. I politely said "no thank you" five times, but she refused to listen and kept insisting that I listen to her. I'm very upset; she spoiled a perfect day. How many times should a person have to say "no thank you"? Do we have to scream, shout, and be rude as well? FNB Funeral Plan department, I know you can do better.
