I made an immediate payment from my ABSA to my FNB Account, over an hour ago, after multiple calls between the two banks, my money is still out of ABSA but not at FNB. A Petunia rudely told me to go back to ABSA without even opening y profile to check, after asking if I was done talking. What etiquette and customer relations is that at FNB?
