Rude rude agents that will put the phone down on their customers.

Worst company with the rudest agents putting phones down in clients ears. Paid my loan on the 19th November 2019 and i have got a paid up letter, yet on my credit record it still shows that this loan is not paid up. Being trying for 3 years to clear my name with no success and no joy because of the *********** people that is so rude.
