Rude, ****** and poor service from a Manager

I went to FNB Financial Centre in Montana today and received the worst service ever from a white woman who is a Commissioner of Oaths and a Manager. All I needed was the services of a Commissioner of Oaths to sign an Affidavit for a B-BBEE document for my EME business. She was called by one of the assistants and did not even allow me inside the bank or even check the information on my business profile. She completely refused to assist me stating that she could not verify the information on my document (I mean really ?? How does a commissioner of oaths ever verify information on an affidavit?) She was rude, defensive and displayed a ****** attitude. I asked her why is it that the Kolonnade branch helped me with the same document before and why there were inconsistencies. She told me it was a mistake and that I must go to the police station. I am an FNB client of more than 30 years and my business account is also at FNB. May I also state that I am a Commissioner of Oaths myself and I was really shocked and disappointed at the matter in which I was treated. That is the least I expected from an FNB staff member who is at a managerial level and a commissioner of oaths for that matter.
