Rude March Chetty Investigator

So, i opened a business account with fnb under the name Harry Trading and Projects and the consultant captured it the other way around saying Harry Projects and Trading, am trying to receive funds into this account for second time,

Got an email this morning from March Chetty very rude indian as they are with Black People saying now am going to change the business name cause i want to receive funds when i tried to explain to him to withhold the funds not to reverse them, will go to branch and get it rectified the email i got from him was so unpleasant if you guys hire such people in your division is so uncalled for,

He **** on the email saying he called me and he didn’t even call me to start with, Can you please get to the bottom of this and get back to me
