Rude Manager

I was taken from pillar to post with regards to finger print verification. As I got an instant card from another branch, I went back to the Diepsloot branch to collect my initial business card, as I got there and I received the card. I wanted to log an complaint with the manager, he then made a couple of calls and ordered that my business account to be frozen with funds in it. As I need to use the funds. I so feel like I could get all my money in both my fnb accounts.
