Rude lady

<p>Today I had to go do my banking inside the bank, usually I just use cellphone banking, but had to register for online banking and transfer money etc, anyways since I'm a stay-at-home mom, my children go everywhere with me and since my youngest isn't in school yet, he had to come with me to the bank. While there he was a busy body, chatting with random people, looking through the glass doors of offices and once in a while giggling at something, but not once was he wreaking havoc or making loud disturbing noises. While I was being helped with my online registration by another FnB employee(if not for this guy's awesome help and niceness I would've closed my account right there and then) anyways so while busy there, this other older lady also working at the bank comes over and asks if it is my child and I reply yes it is my son, she goes on to ask me can I please make him quiet. At that point the other employee just looked at me and we were both shocked since my son was just sitting silently smiling up few steps right by me. It was embarrassing and out right disgusting to do that. Horrible manners. If my son had been crying(which is also a normal expression of emotion for toddlers) or been naughty or irritating to al these other customers, who would smile at him and me(clearly not bothered), then to some extent I could understand the comment. I find it ridiculous that this bank was so exclusively minded that only certain people deserve a certain level of respect, and the ************** that came along with me having my busy toddler with me, with no other option. Are we now not allowed to bring toddlers to FnB, because by all means then I'll move my account somewhere else. </p>
