Rude ***** Agent :Ayanda Mfenyana dropped call on me.

I'm shocked!! I received a SMS from FNB stating my loan of R12,750 has been approved and I did not apply for a loan!!! Called in to check on my case that I had logged earlier (with a nice professional agent Lebohang Khantsi) and a Ayanda Mfenyana answered the call, who from the onset had a rude tone, seemed almost irritated by me calling,was not helpful @ all for sum1 who works in the ***** department, it's shocking that they can treat clients like this, during a time of panick, worse off to END the call on me :(
