Rude FNB letter for R150

So I get a rude letter of demand from FNB stating that I owe R150 on my business account. We all know that this Covid ******* caused a lot of people to close doors, become unemployed and struggling. So FNB when I had covid did you assist me, when you saw the account not active did you ask as your slogan states. " How can we help" guess what nothing. So I will pay the R150 and close all my accounts with FNB because I don't appreciate the manner in which you addressed me in your rude letter. I suggest everybody should boycott FNB and close their accounts we can rather go to a bank that's professional and has their clients interests at heart.
