Rude FNB employees who hung up on me

I have just opened a new business account with FNB. I called the line just to get simple online banking assistance. I needed to understand how I can generate invoices on the account. After being transferred to six people, I got trhough a very rude individual by the name of Ariel Klim! She was so rude and contantly spoke over me on the phone, when I questioned the manner in which she spoke to me- she rudely asked her friends if there was anything wrong with the manner in which she was speaking to me. After requesting to speak to a Team Leader she rudely hung up on me! Is this the type of service that one needs to bare at FNB?The call felt like a job application and I did not get any assistance. I have just opened the account and I am so disappointed that I am on the verge of closing the account! Ariel Klim is the rudest person I have spoken to at any bank.

Good day It's so sad that everytime I call the FNB call centre, I always end up frustrated and disappointed again. I called in today and spoke to a person by the name of Daniel Edson. He was rude and dismissive, I tried to explain to him what I needed help with, and he was clearly not listening to me. I need my login credentials for my online banking to be reset and he has told me that I need to have an account first before I can do that. I explained to him the reason that I need my login credentials to be reset is because I want to do an online application- but no, he could not help me with that because he was not listening to me at all. I even asked him to explain to me what my request was and he explicitly said that he was not going to do that. He said that if I felt that he didn't understand what I was explaining he was going to put me through to someone else. He blind transferred me to a completely different division where I spoke to someone who had no idea what I was talking about- this was after holding for another five minutes. This is not the first time this is happening, the last time I called, the lady I spoke to did the exact same thing. What is the point of having a call centre if we are not going to get any assistance from them? If this was something I could fix on my own, I wouldn't call the line- but on the website it states that if you have forgotten your login details and no not have any card details, please call the line- which is what I did. This can't be the norm guys. Clients are not difficult, but what makes things difficult is when employees are not willing to assist clients!
