I went with my ID wanting to cancel afew unused accounts and ask for just a new card that I want to use for business and one personal and setup the fnb app on my new phone I was told by the lady that asks what you come for I was sitting and my turn came up on the screen but the lady asked couldn't I dress better and the bank can't assist me without the lost card
