Rude FNB agents refusing to help me. Call dropping

9 agents put the phone down on me and refused to help me. They refuse to escalate my call and as soon as I ask them for help they slam the phone down. My card is being rejected and I need to know why. There is enough money in the account and my limits are high enough. No one at FNB is willing to help me. I have never received such rude and terrible service. This is beyond shocking
