RUDE EBUCKS CONSULTANT

WOW...I have never spoken to such a rude person in my life the consultant Bongekile from your ebucks call center. I am levied, and feel so disrespected as a customer.

My question was simple, i have an easy account and wanted to understand why i could not recieve ebucks, yho she spoke to me so rudely, i even hung up.

if this is how you speak to a person who has hand more than 10years with you i hate to see how you treat you new ones
