Rude, Disrespectful behaviour Coupled With Incompetence

<p>My interactions with FNB Connect is frustrating. A one line email response from Lerato, no surname, contact details, etc. provided on the email is not acceptable. Should this not be rectified immediately I shall be cancelling my services with FNB Connect.</p>
