Rude customer service

I just talked to Patricia on secure chat disputing that i had funds in my pending transaction account...She called me and ended up telling me to give her proof that i had funds...She told me that i should text a screenshot for proof.Like really does she know that you cant screenshot some parts of the app?????such rude service
