Rude CSD agent

Hi,

I app**** for credit card and it was declined. I called the contact center and spoke to a agent by the name of Kitumetso Mojapelo who was rude and had no customer service skills at all. She argued with me and was speaking over me while I was talking. The best part was the when she told me that I owe FNB R45 and it was written off as bad debt and that’s the reason for the declined, it was written off in 2020 apparently. She instructed me to call *** who could still not assist me while holding on for 40 minutes.

I can’t get the credit card because I owe FNB R45 which don’t even know about it.
