RUDE CONSULTANTS!

I’ve been waiting for my card delivery for over 3 weeks now, I’ve had to block my old card as it got lost and due to that my debit orders keep declining. I’ve followed up with FNB NUMEROUS Times with no luck. All I get is very unprofessional agents not wanting to assist. They keep feeding me lies. Today I did another follow up on the app and was told no card have been ordered, and I have proof as the consultant that Assisted me last week confirmed in writing that I’ll get my card this week. Your online chat is the worst I’ve ever experienced with very rude consultats. Surely you guys can treat your premium clients better than this. This is unacceptable!
