rude consultant, horrible service

i spoke to a lady by the name of venay regarding an ewallet reversal and she transferred me to the wrong department that transfered me to 2 other wrong departments and i ended up speaking to venay again who when i explained my frustration was so rude to me and even went on to drop the phone on me after speaking over me and not giving me a chance to speak.
