Rude consultant

I was contacted by a lady claiming to be a homeloan consultant yesterday. She asked me to give my id number and credentials. I told her that she phoned me and she was suppose to have it with her. She became rude and dropped the call. Her phone line was also very bad and it sounded like she was in in a moving car or something. I tried to phone back the number , but it did not exist. I also then phoned the call centre number to enquire, but was on hold for 10 minutes...Later yesterday i got an email from this person, Suraya, about my account. I have made arrangements already and still i was threatened by her. I am going to have to close my accounts with them after 20 years as customer service is clearly not important to them anymore.
