Rude consultant
30 May 2018 at 16:00 I was at FNB in Durban Florida RD. The lady that assisted me had a Trainee name tag, she was extremely rude to me. She was helping me and talking to staff member and other customers at the same time. When I told her to finish with me first so that I can go as I was in a rush. The lady said to me if I am in a hurry I must go and come back another day. That did not sit well with me. I tried to get Branch Manager and she was not available or at the branch. Kindly look at the footage to verify the above allegations.
