Rude & Condescending, Glenwood Brand Rd Manager

I’d like to know if FNB as a whole is not open to suggestions from its customers?

I made an EXTREMELY polite suggestion to the branch manager and she responded with passive aggression, rudeness and a condescending tone.

Please also advise if I’m wrong in my suggestion that bank consultants should excuse themselves if wanting to let certain (physically able and fit) customers jump the line? To me it is mere courtesy but perhaps the manager has a different view.

I’d also like to know if there is a customer hierarchy because the manager said “We help customers from inside.” Does that mean I’m less important because I was there to use the ATM?

I expect a response from customer service AND the manager because I do not expect someone to be that rude to me especially because I repeatedly said in a calm voice “I’m not fighting. I’m making a suggestion”. But somehow she chose to be impossible and condescending and raised her voice “Bye then. Have a LOVELY DAY OKAY?!” As I walked away from her.
