Rude call centre.
When your rude call centre calls, please let me know why you are calling me. Why must I ferivy my self just to your rude call centre lady just to know why you are calling me!

Then the person from the other department called to confirm that something had to be updated.
I would get a confirmation on the app, I'm still waiting for the confirmation!
