Rude Branch Manager

For a manager to shout at her staff is very disrespectfull and rude and the worst part is when Theressa did it infront of other staff and customers.came in because i wanted to move my whole bussiness to FNB but if Theressa as a manager talks to staff like that i feel i cannot be part of that
