RUDE ATTITUDE - LOANS DEPARTMENT

I spoke to Nastatia and I did not appreciate how she adressed me. I contact FNB in order to avoid being told you should have called, you should have contacted us. when you have a bad day rather do not come to work, i dont pay FNB to be rude to me mam. You need to learn to respect people.
