RUDE AND useless staff
I received a call from FNB regarding my credit card. First of all the consultant was very rude, second of all I asked to be called back and never got a call Third ,after this rude call I then received an sms saying that \per my committment a payment will be due on 2Septemeber. "I would like to have that call so that I can hear this commitment. Your staff are really *********** and RUDE!. I trust I will have this call soon."""
