Rude and unprofessional

Apparently my moms funeral policy will lapse, I phoned in and ask if someone can assist me. I have authority over my mom account. Spoke to an agent which was very rude and then during the call she just transferred my mom. The next one transferred her to lawyers. FNB wants to cover elderly people but have no patience with them.
