Rude and unprofessional consultant

To whom this may concern

On saturday morning your consultant Theo phoned me regarding my FNB vodacom account.

He said that my account is in bad state and I need to increase my payment.

I asked him how he can say my account is in bad state even if I pay every single month. I cannot increase the payment amount because I have about 30 other accounts to pay.

Your consultant interrupted me going on about judgement and people coming to my house taking stuff. I told him then they should do that. I pay every month. He started to shout at me. Not giving me a change to say anything saying that Im shouding at him. And then he put the phone down in my ear. I received an sms stating that a judgement will be issued. I phoned the number on the sms and wanted to lodge a complaint.

The person asked my ID number and email and then he told me I will receive an email with the recording and have to lodge a complained. Then only he told me its Theo.

I then asked him to talk to his supervisor and that its very unprofessional to put a phone down in a clients ear. He then went on again started to raise his voice and told me again that Im screaming which I didn't do. Please listen to all the recordings. He put the phone again down in my ear. I phoned back a few times and wanted to talk to his superior and he told me to complain via the email and again put the phone down in my ear

I tried to phone again a few times and then he will pick up the phone and not answer it. I tried again and eventually he answered and I asked to talk to Joslin Wilkinson and he put the phone down in my ear again.

This is very very very unprofessional.

I work at SARS with clients every single day and you do not do that.

My accounts has been with Groenewald and Lubbe for a few years and never ever had I every had such a rude person phoning me. I never had any problem paying my account.

Just because I cant increase my payment at the momen he threatens me with Judgements.
