Rude and ***********

Good day, On Friday last week (04/08/2017) just after 14:30 I called FNB to make an enquiry on a transaction that went through on my bank account. I spoke to a young coloured man who gave me the impression he would assist me, or rather thats what he was supposed to do. A few minutes into the call he cut the call as I was questioining him about where these sudden charges keep coming from, So i called back on teh same day at 14:47 and spoke to another gentleman who said his name was Jose Lucas, Before Jose could assist me I wanted to find out who it is that I spoke to,The shocker of my life was when Jose told me that he cannot pick up who I spoke to because the agent used some other way to close the call transaction, Now since FNB is a registered FSP this raises eyebrows, how does a consultant access my account and when I call to find out who it was there is no trace of him doing so, This is someone that went into my bank account and accessed my bank statement and could basically access any other info he wanted to, so the question i ask is how safe is my and everybody elses account?

Though Jose tried to assist me, it still didnt make sense how I get an sms to say an amount has gone off and this is my balance but yet a few days later I'm told no the transaction did not go through because you had insufficient funds in your account. So if thats the case, why did yousend me a text with a balance, Jose contractdicting himslf then says to me in that balance on the text message the transaction would still have been included, I'm sorry but all of this sounds like utter nonsense and you consultants failing to explain why money just goes off your account. By the way I've been with FNB for 9-10years now and Im starting to believe there is better service out there, but what I'm getting here is not it.
