RUDE AND IMPATIENT - FNB

My call experience with SIMON MOGALAKA was TERRIBLE. He was impatient, extremely RUDE and did not give me a chance to speak. I deal with FNB call center agents all the time, and it was a shock to deal with someone like Simon. Just a horrible attitude.
