RUDE AND ILL MANNERED

I called the *** ***** department and chose option 2 for cheque account the lady by the name of prudence answered the phone i then identified myself and told her that there is ***** happening in my account that i rrceived an sms that mtn took money in my account and i never authorized any such transaction and that i neverreceoved an sms from FNB to notify me of a debit order that was going to be taken i was very upset and before i could finish she saod to me i must not shout at her and shes not going to let me finish my conversation as im in the wrong department.I thought our banks its were we find safety relief about our hard earned monies and there u find a person who is so RUDE NO MANNERS AND HAS A DONT CARE ATTITUDE.im very disappointed as we are talking about my hard earned cash here and ahe ddint want to even assist me. Such person shpuld not be working at such a big bank no customer service oriented.
