Rude and dismissive consultant

I called in to fiduciary for clarity with regards to my Dad’s late estate account, and I was received by a lady called Robyn. She was utterly rude and dismissive, I have never experienced that kind behaviour in a workplace. Please fiduciary is a sensitive department that deals with grieving people and kind people would be very helpful.
