Rude and condescending

In my life of banking with FNB, I have never came across a consultant as rude and condescending as Natalia Pelembe, She was rude to me and **** about the whereabouts of her supervisor when I demanded to speak to them, first She said they were on a call and changed her statement and said they were in a meeting and quickly transferred my call.
